Irvin Lloyd Heric
SEATTLE

Lloyd Heric, a lifelong Seattle resident, died of natural causes on July 3. He was 84.

He attended Sacred Heart School, O’Dea High School and Seattle University. He worked at Sunny Jim Company until his retirement in 1989.

He is survived by his sons, Father William Heric, parochical vicar at Holy Innocents Parish in Duvall, Todd, Dave, Don and Deacon Carl Heric; daughters Tracy and Mary Kay Heric; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

A funeral Mass was celebrated July 16 at St. Anne Church.

 
Geraldine Denning Rousseau

LYNNWOOD

Geraldine Rousseau, a member of St. Thomas More Parish, died May 29. She was 87.

She was born in Dubuque, Iowa, and moved with her family to Seattle in 1943. She was a homemaker and did clerical work for an insurance company.

She enjoyed road trips, baseball and card games.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip Rousseau.

Survivors include her son, Terrance; daughter, Pamela Svidran; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated Aug. 26 at St. Thomas More Church.

 
Harold John Scott

SEATTLE

Harold Scott, an active member of Holy Rosary Parish, died May 10 of pneumonia. He was 92.

He was born in Othello, Wash., and as a child was raised in Lodi, Calif. He worked as a Seattle firefighter. He enjoyed restoring and touring in antique cars and attending breakfast clubs with his many friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Jaqueline Ann, in 2010.

Survivors include his son, John Standley Scott of San Francisco; daughters, Christina Scott of Vashon Island, Joanne Scott of Seattle and Teresa Tenge of Seattle; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

A funeral Mass was celebrated Aug. 8.
