Gathering to explore 'A Faithful Response to Mental Illness'

SEATTLE

JustFaith Ministries and the Western Washington JustFaith Leadership Team will present "A Faithful Response to Mental Illness" on Saturday, Nov. 16, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at St. Catherine of Siena Church, 814 N.E. 85th St., Seattle.

A Faithful Response to Mental Illness

The gathering, which is open to all, will include keynote addresses by former King County executive Randy Revelle and Helen Teresa "Trez" Buckland, a clinical assistant professor at the University of Washington; a theological reflection by Father Paul Magnano, pastor of Christ Our Hope Parish in Seattle; an "In Our Own Voice" presentation by the National Alliance on Mental Illness; and information on advocacy, parish ministry models and opportunities for networking.
